In September 2015, we made the decision to gradually become a cashless school. Using a secure website called ParentPay you will be able to pay online using your credit or debit card.  ParentPay will be our preferred method of making payments to school for school lunches, music tuition and trips.

What are the benefits to parents and pupils?

What are the benefits to our school?

The more parents that use ParentPay, the greater the benefit is to our school.  You can help us reduce workloads for all staff, creating more time to lend to educational support and the smooth running of the school.  Using ParentPay also ensures that all financial transactions are safe and secure - helping us to remove costs associated with us having to manage cash securely on the school premises.

Starting with ParentPay

You will need an Activation Letter for each child, available from the School Office.  This will provide you with a temporary username and password.  You will then be prompted to change your username and password to something more memorable.

If you already have a ParentPay Account for yourself, or another child, even if they are at a different school you can still add children to that account.  Just log in to your account and select Add Another Child, use the username and password from the Activation Letter and your child’s details will become available to add to your account.  You will see a tab appear with your child's details on your homepage.

For more information please visit the Parents Section of ParentPay.

Lunch money is payable to Staffordshire County Council, not the school.  You must be in credit to receive a school Lunch.
