St Luke's Primary

Living an Active and Healthy Lifestyle

At St Luke’s we want our pupils to experience the wonderful world of sport, finding a love of which they may take into their adult life. However, our main aim is to ensure our pupils live a healthy and happy life. Being active can have a hugely positive impact on a child’s life and we want to educate our children on its importance, both physically and mentally. We want keeping active to be second nature to them, just something that they do and enjoy.

Why is Keeping Active so Important?

How to Stay Active at Home

We recommend at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. Please use the links below to provide a range of online activities and ideas for your children to participate in daily.
