Support for Ruby & Nanny Sue

We are always pleased to celebrate and support the good nature of our pupils, parents and families.

Later on today, Ruby (Y2) and Nanny Sue are to have their long flowing locks chopped off…..!

They have very kindly decided to donate their hair to the Little Princess Charity.

For information - take a look at the following website:

This charity then uses donated hair to create wigs for children who lose their own hair during cancer treatment. We would really like to encourage you to get behind Ruby and Nanny Sue in raising money for ‘Children with Cancer UK’

Almost 4,000 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer every year in the UK. That’s ten every day. Children with Cancer UK is the leading national children’s charity dedicated to the fight against childhood cancer. They fund life-saving research into the causes, prevention and treatment of childhood cancer and work to protect young lives through essential welfare programmes.

You can help  raise money for this great cause by donating directly to fundraising page.

Please visit the fundraising page by clicking below:

Sponsor Ruby & Nanny Sue !

JustGiving sends your donation straight to Children with Cancer UK and automatically reclaims Gift Aid if you are a UK taxpayer, so your donation is worth even more.

Look out for the ‘after’ images which we shall post on our website very soon!

Good Luck to Ruby and Nanny Sue !!
