Walk like an Egyptian!

On the first day back after Easter Year 5 made an amazing discovery. We travelled back in time  to Howard Carter’s discovery of Tutankhamun’s Tomb, recreated in our classroom! We became archaeologists and braved the dark tunnels which  led into a mysterious tomb. Every one had the chance to unearth an ancient artefact, create an  information poster, and make papyrus . We look forward to finding out more about the Ancient Egyptians.
