Year 4's Exploration of the Botanical Gardens
As part of our Year 4 topic exploring 'Chocolate' and its origins, our pupils have visited Birmingham's Botanical Gardens to see for themselves the plants which are grown and harvested in the making of chocolate.
Our Year 4 pupils had an enjoyable time at the Botanical Gardens and learned much about Cocoa Beans and tropical plants.
Following the visit, we received a superb letter from the Education Manager at the Botanical Gardens who wanted to share how well our pupils behaved and how they displayed enthusiasm and excitement. Take a look at the link below:
Letter sent to St. Luke's following our visit to the Botanical Gardens
Well Done to Year 4 pupils and thanks also to Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Parents who supported this visit.
